Agenda for the fourth GVLP Meeting in Warsaw, November 22nd, 2010 (10.00-18.00)
Dear GVLP-colleagues!
On behalf of the Association of Women with Disabilities ONE.pl, let me present the preliminary agenda for the upcoming meeting in Warsaw on the 22th of November!
We are looking forward to our next meeting during which we plan to investigate together the issues related to e-tools especially in the context of inclusion of people of disabilities, some practices of distant learning & give it some human rights' flavor.

Grundtvig Learnining Partners, Meeting in Paris
The Grundtvig Learning Partners in the Project „Mentor Development Programmes: Transforming learners into educators supported by e-communication tools” came together for their 3rd meeting in Paris from Feb 11-13.
The core program on Feb 12 was attended by 21 representatives of the Learning Partners and 4 speakers of related French organisations. The schedule included:
- the results of a survey among the partners on the definition of key terms such as "learner", "mentor", "educator"; concepts of learner-mentor-educator relations, as well as e-tools employed by the partner organisations
- sharing expertise and discussing e-tools to facilitate mentoring, learners´ participation and transparent in-house communication
- a presentation by the French organisation ARPEJEH on how to build an accessible website for visually impaired people and how to implement national and EU standards of web accessibility (like EURACERT)
- a presentation of web 2.O. tools used by Alcatel Lucent to improve knowledge transfer, foster communication and transparency in a global enterprise with 70.000 employees.
The next meeting takes place in Warsaw in May 2010 and is hosted by ONE.PL.

Agenda for the third GVLP Meeting in Paris, February 12th, 2010 (10h – 18h)
Dear fellow partners, you will find bellow the agenda for the third GVLP Meeting in Paris, set on February 12th, 2010 (10h – 18h) and a link to a google map to show you the place. We are waiting for you !
1. Welcome and presentation of our guests
2. Updates on any organisational changes or progress related to the project
3. Check of progress in agreements of the first meeting in Berlin:
- Grundtvig logo and project info on organisations’ websites
- Organisational portraits and information on the blog
- Dissemination of the project
i. Media coverage, website etc. (external)
ii. Informing learners, members, volunteers, staffers etc. on the project
- Input/ideas for success stories (for our brochure ‘How I became a mentor’)
4. Presentation of the results of the Wufoo survey on turning learners in to mentors
5. Cercle Passeport Télécoms and 2 guest organizations present the e-tools they use to facilitate learner-mentor transition, and the life their network. Trouble-shooting and best practice sharing.
6. Lunch
7. Introduction to the Alcatel Lucent and Cercle Passeport Télécom collaboration and to their Wiki tool.
8. Practical workshops: gather your own data with Wufoo, make your own Wiki
The meeting is hosted by Cercle Passeport Télécoms. It is logistically and content-wise prepared by Cercle passeport télécoms and Humanity in Action France.
The meeting is documented (draft) by the host of the next meeting, the Polish partner ONE PL.
